Twisting Dives: The Complete Guide
Twisting is a different skill from flipping.
Everything else in this sport happens in one plane. Twisting adds a second one, and the mechanics that create it have almost nothing to do with how well you rotate.
That's why divers with strong optionals can still struggle with a full twist, and why the habits you build on your very first twister follow you into every harder one.
This page collects everything I've made on twisting dives to hopefully give you an advantage as you progress through the sport.
