The technique breakdowns, drills, and advice on this site are educational. Diving carries real physical risk, and what works for one diver isn't always right for another.

Always train under a qualified coach, progress at a pace your coach agrees with, and don't attempt a dive you haven't been prepared for. Nothing here replaces in-person coaching or medical advice.
